The increase in the supply of dollars has provided the liquidity to finance international trade, benefiting many nations. The demand for the dollar to finance the growth of global trade and the international oil trade is still strong, and is unlikely to weaken until there is a lack of confidence in the currency.

Israel will become particular vulnerable without United States military and economic support. Israel will turn to Europe to provide their security against an increasing anti-Israeli Middle East angered over the festering Palestinian issue.

Asia – a potential time-bomb. Ancient rivalries between China and Japan could see an arms race between these two powers. However, the collapse of the $US and the American market will hurt both China and Japan more than any other nations. With trillions of investments in US dollars, the collapse of the dollar will have disastrous consequences to their economies, bringing about a severe depression. God's Wisdom:

Proverbs 28:19-20 (KJV): 19 He that tilleth his land shall have plenty of bread: but he that followeth after vain persons shall have poverty enough. 20 A faithful man shall abound with blessings: but he that maketh haste to be rich shall not be innocent. Proverbs 28:19-20 (AMP): 19 He who cultivates his land will have plenty of bread, but he who follows worthless people and pursuits will have poverty enough. 20 A faithful man shall abound with blessings, but he who makes haste to be rich (at any cost) shall not go unpunished.

Thoughts for the Day These verses from Proverbs tell us that those who are diligent in laboring will be blessed, while those who look for ways to "get rich quick" will suffer the consequences. Honest work will always be rewarded, while those who scheme or gamble to get wealth will not go unpunished. Gambling is one of the fastest growing addictions in the world. Like alcoholism and drug addiction, compulsive gambling is costly to the economy. Families are the ones who suffer the most. Many people feel gambling is only a game that is fun, but the Bible tells us this evil is a terrible sin that will lead to poverty. Proverbs 28:22: He that hasteth to be rich hath an evil eye, and considereth not that poverty shall come upon him. Gambling is the ultimate "get-rich-quick" scheme. As gambling spreads more and more, Christians need to have the Bible's instruction about this money robber. The Bible declares that it is wrong to bet money on the possibility of becoming instantly rich. Proverbs 22:16: He who oppresses the poor to get gain for himself, and he who gives to the rich will surely come to want. People who gamble give to the pool of money that composes great wealth. This causes them to give to the rich and as Proverbs 22:16 says "...he who gives to the rich will surely come to want." Our states are also reaping a type of "poverty" where gambling exists, because it undermines the work ethic. The result is lowered productivity, use of work time to gamble, absenteeism, high rates of business failure, and repeated non-payment of loans, mortgages and other financial obligations. Gambling is, to many, a scheme to escape labor. Some Christians argue that gambling does no harm. However, the scripture is clear that this activity is sinful. Anytime someone is enticed to gain money at someone else's certain loss, this is definitely not practicing the principles taught by Christ. Also, the practice of gambling takes away from the Bible's principles of economics -- working, saving and giving. Discipline and accountability for spending are ignored. Gambling preys on the weakness of others. Many Christians are guilty of supporting lotteries, bingo, horse racing, and even playing at the casinos. Video poker has become so popular, it is now referred to as "the crack cocaine of gambling." Some do not realize the gravity of their sin. They justify gambling simply because they have needs that cannot be met through their present earned income. The Lord desires to meet those needs for them and will give them a plan for becoming debt free, if they seek Him, and His economic principles in the Bible. The Lord can bring deliverance to those caught in this web of compulsive gambling. Through admission of this sin and repentance, God will break the bondage of it in those who desire to be set free. Gamblers need love and acceptance, but they must repent in order to be free. The Lord loves those who are addicted to gambling and will help all that call upon Him for deliverance. Doing an honest day's work is the way to earn a living and faithfulness to a job will bring its own reward. God's blessings upon honest labor goes beyond any paycheck. No man can buy peace of mind, health, protection and joy in the Holy Spirit. 1 Timothy 6:6-11: 6 But godliness with contentment is great gain. 7 For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. 8 And having food and raiment let us be therewith content. 9 But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. 10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. 11 But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.

Prayer for the Day Dear Heavenly Father, Thank You for Your many blessings, and help me to be content with Your daily provision in my life. Deliver me from all worry and anxiety. Lord, help those who have fallen into the snare of gambling. Deliver them and set them free so that they will be able to trust You for their needs. May we all be content with Your daily provisions. Thank You for Your wonderful gifts of love, joy and peace, which cannot be purchased with any amount of money. I am most grateful. In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.

Prayer In God's Protection In India

Dear Precious Father God; Gracious God, I acknowledge that You are worthy of all honor, glory and praise. I am thankful for the victorious work of Your Son, Jesus Christ at Calvary for me. I appropriate His victory for myself now as I willingly surrender every area of my life to Your will.
Thank you for the forgiveness and righteousness that has been given to me as Your adopted child. I trust in Your protection and provision daily. I know that your love for me never ceases.
I rejoice in Your victory, my Lord, over all the principalities and powers in the heavenlies. In faith I stand in Your victory and commit myself to live obediently for You my King.
I desire that my fellowship with You become greater. Reveal to me those things that grieve You and enables the enemy to secure an advantage in my life. I need the Holy Spirit's powerful ministry in my life; bringing conviction of sin, repentance of heart, strengthening my faith and increasing perseverance in resisting temptation.
Help me to die to self and walk in the victory of the new creation You have provided for me. Let the fruits of the Spirit flow out of my life so that You will be glorified through my life.
I know that it is Your will that I should stand firm and resist all of the enemy's work against me. Help me to discern the attacks upon my thoughts and emotions. Enable me to stand upon Your Word and resist all the accusations, distortions and condemnations that are hurled against me.
It is my desire to be transformed through the renewing of my mind, so that I will not compromise with the ways of the world, or yield to the enemy's attacks, but be obedient to Your will.
I draw upon those spiritual resources that You have provided me and I attack the strongholds and plans of the enemy that have been put in place against me. Prayer For Having A Baby

Dear Precious Heavenly Father; As we worship you and lift our hands in praises unto You in behalf of Mr. & Mrs. Strunk In looking in you in bringing forth a baby into their lives and home. Let this dear baby BE SEPARATED from her mother’s womb only when YOU CALL them THROUGH YOUR GRACE and only when it pleases you God. God, You formed this baby's inward parts; You covered the baby in her mother’s womb. We will praise You, for this baby is fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that our souls know very well. This baby's frame was not hidden from You, When she was made in secret, Your eyes saw this dear baby's substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, The days were fashioned for this baby, when as yet there were none of them. How precious also are Your thoughts of this baby, O God! How great is the sum of them! This baby is our heritage. This baby is the fruit of the womb and our reward.

This baby cannot be stolen away or hurt in any way. For your son, Jesus, came to bring life. Lord, sever any ties that bind this child to any plan other than God who created this baby's life, which is for good, to bless and to make whole. Yes, Father, pour your blessing on this baby.

Thank you Father for forming this baby; whole, healthy, and strong. We declare you make ALL things. And that the blessings of our Lord are upon this baby and her family. Your Holy Spirit will cover and protect this dear baby and her Mom, bring them comfort, health, and life. Be with all who care for this little one and her family. Give strength and wisdom to the family. If there are other children in this household bless them too. (Before Starting Your Day)
Heavenly Father, I bow and worship and praise before you. I cover myself with the blood of Jesus Christ and claim the protection of the blood for my family, my fiances, my home, my spirit, soul, and body. I surrender myself completely in every area of my life to you.
I take a stand against all the workings of the devil that would try to hinder me and my family best from serving you. I address myself only to the true and living God and refuse any involvement of Satan in my prayer. Satan, I command you and all of your demon forces of darkness, in the name of Jesus Christ, to leave my presence. I bring
the blood of Jesus Christ between the devil and my family, my home,my fiances, my spirit, my friends, my ministry, my soul, my body, my spirit. I declare, therefore, that Satan and his wicked spirits are
subject to me in the name of Jesus Christ. Futhermore, in my own life today I destroy and tear down all the strongholds of the devil against my mind, and I surrender my mind to you, blessed Holy Spirit. Therefore, I resist the spirit of fear, in the name of Jesus, the Son of the Living God, and I refuse to fear, refuse to doubt, refuse to worry, because I have authority ( Power) over all

love them with the Love of God shed abroad in my heart by the HolyGhost ( Romans 5:5). Open my eyes and show the areas of my life that do not please you and give me strength, grace, and wisdom,discernment to remove any sin or weight that would prevent our close fellowship. Work in me to cleanse me from all ground that would give the devil a foothold against me. incredible love. O, LORD, remember Your covenant with Abraham, Isaac
and Jacob. According to Your covenant Your Spirit is upon us, and

our mouth, or the mouth of our descendants nor from the mouth of our
descendants' descendants from this time forth and forevermore. We
put on Your full armor and having done all to stand, we stand on

Lord you are great and awesome, and we fight for our sons, our
daughters, our spouses and our houses. On the authority of Your
promise we declare that You will contend with him who contends with
us, and You will give safety to our children, save them and ease
them day by day…. You are our LORD, our Savior, our Redeemer, and
the Mighty One of Jacob. We proclaim our children as a heritage and
a reward from You. We ask You, Father, draw them to repentance with
Your goodness, and give them as an inheritance in the Lord Jesus
Christ. He shed his blood for them that they might be saved, and
Your arm is not shortened that You cannot save. Holy Spirit, we ask
You to convince and convict them of sin, righteousness and judgment.
May our sons and daughters repent and be baptized in the name of
Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and they will receive the
gift of the Holy Spirit. According to Your promise we are asking You
to pour Your Spirit and Your blessings on our children. Our sons and
daughters shall prophesy; our young men shall see visions. Create in
them a love for Your Word. Lord, thank you for choosing our children
before the foundation of the world and calling them in their youth.
Our children are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, and a holy
nation. They are Your own special people. Father, confirm Your word
and hallow Your name in the lives of our children for Your glory and
honor. In Jesus Name, Amen"Almighty God, I set myself in agreement
with the Word of God and with what You once established in American
education. I release my hope and faith in Your Word. I patiently
expect Your Glory to be manifest in schools all across our nation.
I come before You on behalf of the students, educators and
administrators of the entire educational system in America. Lord
Jesus, I ask You to restore honor, integrity, virtue and peace in
American classrooms. I confess Isaiah 54:13: "All thy children shall
be taught of the Lord; and great shall be the peace of thy
children." Every time I hear a report of violence and terror in our
schools, I will say out loud, "Our children are taught of the Lord
and great is the peace and the Anointing on them!" Jesus, You and I
know the educators and the administrators cannot teach and run our
schools without You and Your Anointing. So, I intercede and give
thanks for those You have ordained and placed in positions of
authority and responsibility in our schools across America. I
believe for Your Anointing to be in them and upon them.
I am not waiting until I see the Spirit of God moving in this
situation. I am starting my confession NOW! I combine my faith with
those who are also praying and believing for the wisdom, honor,
power and Glory of God to be demonstrated in our school system. I am
releasing my faith for the next generation! Lord Jesus, I thank You
for the redemptive work You are doing in our schools and in the
people who run them. The students and teachers are on Your heart and
they are on mine, too. Our schools will be a joy, a praise and a
glory before all the nations of the earth! Nations will fear God and
tremble because of all the goodness, peace, prosperity, security and
stability You have provided. In Jesus' Name, :"I thank you Father for the gift you have given of my children. us as aprents into your paths of righteousness that they might dwell in the
secret place of the Most High. Because us as parents has made You their
refuge and their dwelling place, there shall no evil befall them,
for You give Your angels charge over us as parents to accompany and defend
in all their ways. (Ps. 91:1,9-11)
Thank you, Father, that us parents do not love or cherish the world or
the things that are in the world, but that they will be eager to do
Your will and carry out Your purpose in their life. as parents keep in
their heart what they have heard from the first, and that
parents will dwell in the Son and in You, Father. (I Jn. 2:15, 17,
24) Thank you, Father, that we as parents abides in You, rooted in You,
knit to You, and that parents abide in Christ so that when He is made
visible, will not shrink from Him at His coming. (I Jn 2:28) Then
God's peace will be theirs, that tranquil state of a soul assured of
its salvation through Christ, so will fear nothing from God, and be
content with their earthly lot, that peace which transcends all
understanding, shall garrison and mount guard over their hearts and
minds in Christ Jesus. (Phil 4:7) In Jesus Name, Amen"


Father, I thank You for what You for Your hand of protection upon my family, friends and myself for this coming New Year. Father, in the Name of Jesus, I thank You that You watch over Your Word to perform it. I thank You that my family, friends and I
dwell in the secret place of the Most High and that we remain stable
and fixed under the shadow of the Almighty, Whose power no foe can
withstand. I cover my family, friends and I with the Precious Blood
of Jesus, Your Son, thus keeping us safe from the hideous snares of
Satan and all his cohorts. Father, You are our refuge and our fortress. No evil
shall befall us - no accident shall overtake us nor shall any plague
or calamity come near my home. I release ministering angels to go
forth and to encompass over my family, friends and myself, to
accompany and defend and preserve us in all our ways of obedience
and service. They are encamped around about us. I bind the devil
from trying to influence them in any way this holiday. Shelter us in
the palm of Your hand and save our homes from all storms.
Keep us close to Your Heart.
Father, You are our confidence, firm and strong. You
keep our feet from being caught in a trap or hidden danger. When we
lie down, You will give my family, friends and myself peaceful
sleep. Father, You give this family safety and ease us - Jesus is

Dear Precious Heavenly Father; I come unto You this day with my worship and praises unto You as I bow before You with my heart in opened to say some thing unto You as You hear it our cries for all the people whom are in need of You and those whom have lost loved ones, and people whom are sick and are in need of your Holy hands to touch them at this hour and for thanking you for all of provisions being granted ever before us today. Father I ask for your forgivness of all my sins, forgive all of those whom have sinned against me. Father create in me a clean heart and renew in me a right spirit within me. Father there are all of these people whom are represented with thier requests in this place today. Oh, Father I just lift them up unto You today in all that's shared with you as we look unto you as they have asked, seeking, knocking on the door for You in helping each family that represented here, whatever the need may be, whether it be spiritual, physcial, mental, emotional, financial or what ever it takes I ask You to under take all of those needs according to Thy will. I ask that you come into each homes, ministries, mission fields and make a way where there seems to be no way for all of them. Make those mountains move in their behalf today like never before,show them all roads that they must follow in seeing what you want them to travel in all of your ways before them. Let them feel your presence all around them as your Holy Spirit guides them as you are loving them with your arms wrapped all around them at this hour. In bringing all people out of those dark hidden places only for having freedom in being brought home alive in sharing with the world in what you have done before them in truth and wisdom as they abide in you as they are in nations in fighting for freedom in every place in the world that you have made as we stand behind them today. . Gracious God, I acknowledge that You are worthy of all honor, glory and praise. I am thankful for the victorious work of Your Son, Jesus Christ at Calvary for me. I appropriate His victory for myself now as I willingly surrender every area of my life to Your will.
Thank you for the forgiveness and righteousness that has been given to me as Your adopted child. I trust in Your protection and provision daily. I know that your love for me never ceases.
I rejoice in Your victory, my Lord, over all the principalities and powers in the heavenlies. In faith I stand in Your victory and commit myself to live obediently for You my King.
I desire that my fellowship with You become greater. Reveal to me those things that grieve You and enables the enemy to secure an advantage in my life. I need the Holy Spirit's powerful ministry in my life; bringing conviction of sin, repentance of heart, strengthening my faith and increasing perseverance in resisting temptation.
Help me to die to self and walk in the victory of the new creation You have provided for me. Let the fruits of the Spirit flow out of my life so that You will be glorified through my life.
I know that it is Your will that I should stand firm and resist all of the enemy's work against me. Help me to discern the attacks upon my thoughts and emotions. Enable me to stand upon Your Word and resist all the accusations, distortions and condemnations that are hurled against me.
It is my desire to be transformed through the renewing of my mind, so that I will not compromise with the ways of the world, or yield to the enemy's attacks, but be obedient to Your will.
I draw upon those spiritual resources that You have provided me and I attack the strongholds and plans of the enemy that have been put in place against me. I command in the name of Jesus Christ that the enemy must release my mind, will, emotions and body completely. They have been yielded to the Lord and I belong to Him.Lord, enable me to become the person You created me to be. Help me as I pray to be strong in faith. Show me how to apply Your Word in my life each day. I know that I wear the full armor of God when I am committed to and stand firmly upon Your Word. I want You to have the supreme place in my life.
I surrender myself completely to You, Lord. You are always faithful and You extend Your grace to me constantly, even when I do not realize it. Proverbs 28:10-12 (KJV): 10 Whoso causeth the righteous to go astray in an evil way, he shall fall himself into his own pit: but the upright shall have good things in possession. 11 The rich man is wise in his own conceit; but the poor that hath understanding searcheth him out. 12 When righteous men do rejoice, there is great glory: but when the wicked rise, a man is hidden. Proverbs 28:10-12 (AMP): 10 Whoever leads the upright astray into an evil way, he will himself fall into his own pit, but the blameless will have a goodly inheritance. 11 The rich man is wise in his own eyes and conceit, but the poor man who has understanding will find him out. 12 When the (uncompromisingly) righteous triumph, there is great glory and celebration; but when the wicked rise (to power), men hide themselves.

Thoughts for the Day These verses from Proverbs make a comparison between the righteous and the wicked, telling us that the wicked will fall into their own pit. They also tell us that the poor man with understanding, has an advantage over the conceited rich man, as he will catch the evil man in his plots. Also, when the righteous triumph, men celebrate; however, when the wicked rise to power, good men will find ways to hide themselves from the wicked men's plots. Verse 10 issues a warning to people who cause the righteous to go astray in an evil way - they will fall into their own pit, while the upright shall have a good inheritance. People who peddle drugs and evil merchandise would fall into that category. Cigarettes offered to children is another example of causing the innocent and righteous to go astray. Evil men who exploit little children by using them for pornographic pictures are in a class of unspeakable wickedness that deserves death. The Bible talks about this in the New Testament. Matthew 18:5-7: 5 And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me. 6 But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea. 7 Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh! Verse 11 talks about how rich men become conceited, and in that state, they sometimes think they are invincible, as they believe their money will buy them out of any situation. However, a poor person who follows God has a greater advantage than the rich man. The Lord will give poor men who listen to Him, the understanding and wisdom they need to be able to find out the schemes of the wicked wealthy. Evil men throughout the ages have always attempted to use their money and their power for their own selfish agendas. However, the Bible says that the Lord can bring all men down, when they abuse their position. Psalm 75:6-7: 6 For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. 7 But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another. Verse 12 in today's study tells us that there is celebration when good men and women come to power, while men hide themselves from wicked leadership. When wicked men rule, they are not fair and just. They will use their position to remove those people that they do not like. In very wicked countries, they just have them murdered, while in other countries, wicked rulers may just remove them from their offices and places of authority. This is why this verse says that when the wicked rise to power, men hide themselves. They must protect their lives and their belongings, as wicked people always seek to destroy others for their own agendas. People rejoice when gracious and righteous leadership is over them.

Prayer for the Day Dear Heavenly Father, We thank You for good and righteous leaders in our businesses, in our cities and in our nations. Lord, remove those who are wicked, so that righteousness might reign in the earth. Father, cleanse our societies of those who prey on the weak, the helpless, and the innocent children. Deliver us from evil. May Your kingdom come in the earth, as it is in heaven. Hallowed be Thy name, and in the name of Jesus I pray. Amen. catcmo2006

Prayer For Sarita

Father right now we come boldly before your throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. We agree with Your word says in Matt. 18:19, so we are fully persuaded that you will totally fulfill your word in Sarita’s life.
Jesus paid for Sarita's healing, where it says in 1 Peter 2:24b “by whose stripes you were healed.” Father, Jesus already has paid the full price for Sarita’s healing. So we right now thank you for Sarita’s total healing; as it says in your word in Phil. 4:6 “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;”
So we thank you Jesus for there is none like you in all the earth! We give You, Jesus ALL of the praise and glory for a complete healing as it says in Isaiah 55:11. “So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.” And we send Your word, now into Sarita’s need, accessed by the power of the blood of Jesus and faith in the finished price by Jesus Christ on the cross of Calvary. I bind the strong man over this temple in the name of Jesus Christ. I plead the blood of Jesus against or on anything _Nicole's Life that has touched, is touching or will touch. I bind all outside demonic activity and all the forces of evil in, around, about, beneath and outside Nicole's Life __ that would try to interfere including principalities, powers and rulers of darkness, forces of spiritual wickedness, spirits of distraction, deception, confusion, repression, witchcraft, strife, stress and competition. I bind the carnal and passive mind of _Nicole's Life and command it to cease and be shut down in Jesus Christ’s name. We refuse the carnal and passive mind from interfering in any way. I command those voices of evil spirits to be silenced. I bind and forbid them from communicating with each other and with the outside spirit world. Proverbs 28:8-9 (KJV): 8 He that by usury and unjust gain increaseth his substance, he shall gather it for him that will pity the poor. 9 He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination. Proverbs 28:8-9 (AMP): 8 He who by charging excessive interest and who by unjust efforts to get gain increases his material possession gathers it for him (to spend) who is kind and generous to the poor. 9 He who turns away his ear from hearing the law (of God and man), even his prayer is an abomination, hateful and revolting (to God).

Thoughts for the Day These verses from Proverbs tell us those who use unjust means to make money will see their fortunes, in time, fall into the hands of those who will pity the poor and give to them; and those who are rebellious and refuse to hear God and man's laws - their prayers are an abomination to God. Verse 8 tells us that usury and the unjust means of making money are wrong. What is unjust usury? It is the act of lending money at a rate of interest that is excessive or unlawfully high. The Hebrews were given instructions about lending money and other things to a brother. They were not to charge interest when a loan was made to another Hebrew brother. A stranger could be charged interest, but not a brother. Deuteronomy 23:19-20: 19 Thou shalt not lend upon usury to thy brother; usury of money, usury of victuals, usury of any thing that is lent upon usury: 20 Unto a stranger thou mayest lend upon usury; but unto thy brother thou shalt not lend upon usury: that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all that thou settest thine hand to in the land whither thou goest to possess it. In the New Testament, Jesus gave us a higher way in regard to lending. He told us it was better to give, than to lend. We are instructed to give not only to our brothers, but to sinners as well. Not only are we to help when people are down and need money, but we are also to give mercy and compassion to others as well. Our heavenly Father will pay us back for anything we give to others. At one time in our lives, the Lord spoke to us to cancel all monetary debts that anyone owed us personally. He told us He would repay us. At that time, the people who owed us were not able to pay us anyway. This was very liberating for us, as when we released them, the Lord released finances to us in a different way, which more than compensated for the thousands that we lost. Luke 6:33-38: 33 And if ye do good to them which do good to you, what thank have ye? for sinners also do even the same. 34 And if ye lend to them of whom ye hope to receive, what thank have ye? for sinners also lend to sinners, to receive as much again. 35 But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil. 36 Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful. 37 Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven: 38 Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. Sinners who get their riches by unjust means, may heap them up; but God makes a way that the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just, who will consider the poor and help the needy. Proverbs 13:22: A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just. Psalm 49:6-7 & 10: 6 They that trust in their wealth, and boast themselves in the multitude of their riches; 7 None of them can by any means redeem his brother, nor give to God a ransom for him: 10 For he seeth that wise men die, likewise the fool and the brutish person perish, and leave their wealth to others. Job 27:16-17: 16 Though he heap up silver as the dust, and prepare raiment as the clay; 17 He may prepare it, but the just shall put it on, and the innocent shall divide the silver. Verse 9 of today's study declares that those who will not listen to God's commandments, and the rules of man, will not have his prayers answered, as they are an abomination to God. We must come to God with a submissive attitude and a with repentance in our heart, if we want God to hear our prayers and answer them. Psalm 66:18-20: 18 If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me: 19 But verily God hath heard me; he hath attended to the voice of my prayer. 20 Blessed be God, which hath not turned away my prayer, nor his mercy from me. Proverbs 15:8: The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD: but the prayer of the upright is his delight.

Prayer for the Day Dear Heavenly Father, Thank You for Your mercy and kindness to us. Lord, may we be like You, and show that same mercy and kindness to others. Lord, may we be able to trust You with our financial affairs, should You tell us to forgive a debt that someone owes us. Lord Jesus, You paid a debt You did not owe, and I owed a debt I could not pay. Thank You for releasing me, and Lord, I release others today by forgiving them and blessing them and extending mercy to them. May all of Your children have the Father's love and mercy toward one another. I ask this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Evening Devotional Fellow citizens with the saints. Ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, to the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect. These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth. Our conversation (Gr. citizenship) is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself. The Father, ... hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son.
