You chose the campsite, it was in the best paddock,
you found a billabong that I could get my water from.
True to your word,
you let me have a rest
and then you sent me off in the right direction.
Even when the ride went through
"death’s valley",
I wasn’t afraid
because you rode with me.
Your trusty mud map
let me know that I was on the right road.
You served me a pub dinner
right in front of my enemies.
You revived my droopy head;
my beer mug spills over with your blessings.
Your beauty and love ride with me
every day of my life.
I ride back to The Lord’s garage
And that will be my base, for all of my life.
